Bonna Jacking Pipe Solution
Bonna Indonesia offers complete jacking pressure piping solution through its Reinforced Concrete Cylinder Pipe for Jacking (RCCP-J) and Intermediate Jacking Stations (RCC-IJS)—unique and proven technology for trenchless pressurized pipeline installation.



The Bonna pipe is a reinforced concrete pipe with an embedded steel cylinder.

The unique design of Bonna Reinforced Concrete Cylinder Pipe for jacking (RCCP-J) ensures dual functionality, combining in one product:
A jacking pipe: able to withstand the jacking forces and loads during installation
A pressure pipe: able to withstand the internal water pressure
Jointing Systems
SL Welded Joint

The joint rings, integral parts of the pipe, consist of two conical rings: the female "S" (socket) and the male "L" (spigot).
The joint is arc welded manually or with a semi-automatic machine.
ER Elastomer Gasket Joint

The joint rings, integral parts of the pipe, consist of two cylindrical rings: the female "E" (socket) and the male "R" (spigot) with a groove fitted with elastomer gasket to withstand pressure and ensure watertightness.

•The OD specified in this table can change depending on the TBM machine characteristics and/or project specifications, with allowable jacking forces recalculated accordingly,
•Due to the presence of the steel cylinder, the jacking force is transferred to the external concrete wall only,
•The jacking forces in this table are indicative only and are subject to modifications depending on the final jointing design and concrete strength specifications,
•The pipe length is indicative, subject to further modification depending on the jacking contractor and drive.
Reinforced Concrete Cylinder Intermediate Jacking Station (RCC-IJS)



Bonna Intermediate Jacking Stations (IJS) are used in long or curved drive to extend achievable jacking length from the entry and exit pits. They redistribute jacking force along the drive, support curved alignment, and help to overcome poor or variable ground conditions, while reducing the number of required shafts.

After successfully delivering the Upstream system in 2022, Bonna Indonesia was again entrusted in 2023 with the Downstream system, involving the design and supply of Bonna RCCP jacking pipes (ND 1200–1800 mm) installed over approximately 3.6 km by microtunneling, demonstrating the pipes’ ability to withstand both high jacking forces and internal pressure.
