Bonna Indonesia supplied RCCP pipes and Special Fittings for Tambak Lorok-3 Combined Cycle Power Plant 779MW Project
Tambak Lorok block-3 is a 779MW gas-fired, combined-cycle power project in the Semarang district, Central Java, Indonesia. Indonesia Power (IP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), owned this project and developed the facility as part of the government’s 35,000 MW acceleration program to increase electricity power supply to industry, businesses, and households in Java-Bali power grid.
Black & Veatch, selected to provide EPC services for this project, chose PT Bonna Indonesia to manufacture RCCP pipes and Special Fittings with Nominal Diameter of 3500 mm, 2400 mm, 800 mm, and 500 mm, with a total length 1003,58 meters. All the pipes and special fittings were manufactured at our factory in Gunung Putri, Bogor, West Java.
This project generated approximately 3.7 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity, enough to power up to five million Indonesian homes annually.
